Landwell i-keybox key management solutions turn conventional keys into clever keys that do much more than just open doors. They become a critical tool in increasing accountability and visibility over your facilities, vehicles, tools and equipment. We find physical keys at the core of every business, for controlling access to facilities, fleet vehicles and sensitive equipment. When you can control, monitor and record your company's key use, your valuable assets are more secure than ever before.
A key control system enables you to track and control all of your keys and restrict who can access them, where they are taken, and when. Instead of spending time looking for misplaced keys or having to replace missing ones, you can rest comfortably with the ability to track keys in real time.
Due to the i-keybox intelligent key management system you will always know where your keys are and who is using them. You are able to define, limit key permissions for users. Each event is stored in the Log where you can filter for users, keys and so on. One cabinet can manage up to 200 keys but more cabinets can be connected together so the number of keys are unlimited, which can be controlled and configured from a central office. Who needs key management? Key management systems are suitable for those areas where the keys should be stored in a safe and secured place.

- The system administrator has real-time data on which keys or equipment are signed out by whom and can access a full history of every transaction made.
