User identification and access controlThe user terminal, the control center of key cabinets, is an easy-to-use and intelligent user interface.Users can be identified via fingerprint, smart card, or PIN code entry. How Does It Work
- Staff member accesses i-keybox key cabinet using a PIN, card reader, or biometric fingerprint scanner.
- The i-keybox system unlocks the specific key(s) the staff member has been given access to.
- After use, the staff member returns the key to the cabinet and make any necessary reports into the system
- The system administrator has real-time data on which keys or equipment are signed out by whom and can access a full history of every transaction made.
